Before School Care operates from 7.30 AM to 8.30 AM, Monday to Friday and

After School Care operates from 3.15 PM to 5.45 PM, Monday to Friday.

School Holiday – 8 AM to 5 PM. Fees are for a full session.

Permanent booking: These can be made to secure your child’s regular place and ensure there is a place for them on a given day. 

Casual bookings: These are subject to availability and should be made 24 hours in advance via the link below.

Late pick-up fee: 

  • We ask that you arrive before 5.45 PM to collect your child. 
  • A late pick-up fee of $1 per minute per child may be charged to your account if you arrive late.

Outside School Hours Care fees:   

  • Before School Care – 7.30 am-8.45 am – $22 
  • After School Care – 3.15 pm-5.45 pm – $33
  • Fees for those families not receiving CCS are $5.50 per 15 minutes: BSC between 8-8.45 am & 3:15-4:15 pm
  •  School Holiday Program -8 am-5 pm – $90   (Less Government subsidies, where eligible – see below)
  • Fees are waived for pupil-free days and public holidays. 
  • Refunds will not be given for absences.              
  • Absent fees are charged when a 24-hour notice for cancellation of a session is not given.

Please note that all enrollment documentation must be returned before your child attends OSHC. This includes immunisation records and all medical plans for Asthma, Diabetes, Allergy and Anaphylaxis. 

We encourage all families who think they may use Outside Schools Hours Care at any time to enrol so your child can attend with 24 hours notice.

Prep Children will travel between campuses by parent arrangement, so they arrive at the ECC in time for Prep in the morning and at the primary campus in time for the program in the afternoon. 

The children will be greeted in the morning from 7.30 AM and escorted to the hall, at 3.15 PM by the OSHC Co-ordinator.
