Enrolment in Playgroup/ Forest Playgroup

DRSS offers Playgroups to parents of children from birth to kinder age. Led by experienced Playgroup Leaders, Playgroup provides an opportunity for families to meet weekly, in a nurturing and healthy environment. A parent or other carer accompanies the child each week to the Playgroup session.

Activities include:

(*) Morning Circle with Seasonal Songs and Poems
(*) Free Play
(*) Group Bush Walks
(*) A Short Story, at the end of the session

Playgroup options:

Playgroup is run at our Playgroup Room at the DRSS Early Childhood Campus located at 51 School Road in Menzies Creek. Playgroup sessions are held on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday mornings from 9:30-11:30, as well as Monday and Thursday afternoons from 12:30 – 2:30.

Forest Playgroup is open to children aged three years and above. Sessions are held outside in a local, designated parkland or forest. Forest Playgroup is currently offered on Wednesday afternoons from 12:30 – 3:00.
